Who we are
decide.sh is run by Cadentic, Inc., 65 Bay St, Jersey City, NJ 07302 (“we”). Write to us at support@cadentic.ai.
Your account
Keep your API keys secret and on your servers. Calls made with your keys are yours, and so is their bill. If a key leaks, revoke it in the console.
Paying
You pay for input tokens at the prices on our pricing page. Output is free. We bill monthly, for the month just ended, through Stripe. A price change is dated on our changelog and never applies to usage before that date.
Fine-tuning shows an exact quote first, and a run never costs more than its quote.
A preview workspace is free, and it may close when the preview ends.
Your data
What you send stays yours, and so do the answers. We use them only to answer you. API traffic never trains any model. Datasets you upload, corrections you send and unsure decisions you queue train only your own models. Our privacy page says what we keep.
Answers are probabilities
Every answer comes with its probability, and a model can be wrong. You decide how to use the answers, and you’re responsible for the decisions you make with them, including having a person review them where the law requires it.
Fair use
Don’t use decide.sh for anything unlawful or harmful, or to probe, overload or get around its security. Don’t resell access, or share keys outside your company.
Availability
We work to keep the API fast and up, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted or change.
Ending
You can stop at any time, and we bill what you used until then. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or doesn’t pay, and we’ll tell you why.
Limits
decide.sh is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If we change them, we’ll date the new version here before it applies.
