What we keep, why, and who helps us run decide.sh.

What we keep
- Your account: your email address, and whether billing is set up. Stripe keeps your card. We never see it.
- Your API keys: only a fingerprint of each key and its first and last characters, so you can tell them apart. We show a key once.
- Your usage: for each call, the time, the key, the model, the token counts and how long it took. Never the document, the questions or the answers. We keep these records for 13 months, for billing.
- Datasets you upload to train your own models, until you ask us to delete them.
- If you ask for early access: your email, your company and the kind of work you’d decide.
What we never do
API traffic never trains any model. Datasets you upload, corrections you send and unsure decisions you queue train only your own models. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for ads.
Who helps us
- Amazon Web Services: our website, the API’s front door and its usage records, in the US and Germany.
- Supabase: accounts, sign-in and uploaded datasets, in the US. Corrections and queued decisions are kept there too.
- RunPod: the servers that run the models, in the EU and the US.
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: the emails that carry your sign-in codes.
Each one handles your data only to run its part of decide.sh.
Cookies
No tracking and no ads. The console keeps your session and your Playground draft in your browser’s storage, and nowhere else.
Your choices
Write to support@cadentic.ai to see, correct or delete what we keep about you. Deleting your account deletes its keys, datasets and usage totals. The per-call records stay for their 13 months, for billing.
